1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The use of ParkingLetters.co.uk website and the contracting of ParkingLetters.co.uk services is acknowledgment and acceptance of the company's terms and conditions as detailed in this document.

 

2. SERVICE GUARANTEE & CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

ParkingLetters.co.uk provides clients with the best possible quality of service. ParkingLetters.co.uk guarantee that a client will not pay more than the advertised amount for the service (£15 for PCN's & 10% of monies recovered for Bailiff & Clamping cases or £20, whichever is the greater e.g. £75 recovery charge = £20 fee, £260 recovery charge = £26 fee), however Multiple PCN cases, Small Claims cases & Court cases may incur further charges & a non-returnable fee for administration costs agreed with the client for the work conducted; payment is due upon request. ParkingLetters.co.uk maintain & retain full artistic license in relation to the process and all correspondence provided on the clients’ behalf.

Client Undertaking. I, the client, understand the turnaround period for completion of this action can be between 1 – 12 months, dependent on the swiftness of the parking authority’s or bailiff's replies, and I consent to ParkingLetters.co.uk acting on my behalf for the duration of the dispute. All replies sent to me must be forwarded to ParkingLetters.co.uk. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

I, the client, understand that in the unlikely event of a failed Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) claim, no fees will be recoverable from Parkingletters.co.uk. I accept that in the undertaking of all court cases, a reasonable hourly fee will be charged for the processing of any claim and a non-returnable fee agreed by consent will be charged to cover administration costs.

A partial refund - minus administration costs - may occur in some bailiff-related cases. No refund will occur without ParkingLetters.co.uk receiving the Councils' and/or the adjudicators's rejection letter and/or failure of the Subject Access Request process and/or proof of failure of any process or procedure undertaken on my behalf. The refund will take place within 7 working days (Monies will be refunded back to the card or bank details given).I understand that if I cancel the service for any reason once the correspondence process has started, I will be liable for all or part of the fee as determined by ParkingLetters.co.uk.

I, the client, understands that it is in my best interest to inform Parkingletters.co.uk of all the details surrounding the issue of a parking fine. I, the client, also understands that omitting or altering relevant information will only hinder my chance of success and may result in losing a case and the fee paid to Parkingletters.co.uk.

I, the client understand that if I take action independent of Parkingletters.co.uk without their consent or involvement, representation may cease with immediate effect and will result in the loss of fees paid to Parkingletters.co.uk.

I, the client understand that an additional Letter of Authority signed by me gives Parkingletters.co.uk the authority to appeal on my behalf until all avenues have been exhausted. I, the client accept that if I pay the parking fine before Parkingletters.co.uk advises me to, I will not be given a refund of my fee.

3. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

The names, images and logos identifying ParkingLetters.co.uk web site http://www.ParkingLetters.co.uk.& business name ParkingLetters.co.uk and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of ParkingLetters.co.uk. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of ParkingLetters.co.uk, by any other third party. These names and the web site content cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed or modified without the express permission of ParkingLetters.co.uk.

 

The ParkingLetters.co.uk web site http://www.ParkingLetters.co.uk.& business name ParkingLetters.co.uk are owned & operated by ParkingLetters.co.uk. The names www.ParkingLetters.co.uk & www.ParkingLetters.com & all material on this site are protected by international copyright and trademark law. These names, literature and the Web site content cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed or modified without the express permission of ParkingLetters.co.uk.

 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY, OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF SUBMITTED OR CREATED MATERIALS

Client information is received and retained in the context of a purpose designed, secure file transfer system which alleviates concerns about unreliable and insecure attachment methods. We take intellectual copyright, classified material and other forms of confidential documents very seriously. ParkingLetters.co.uk and the client will have joint copyright, ownership and control over all replies received from the relevant council in relation to their claim. ParkingLetters.co.uk will have copyright, ownership and control over all other materials submitted by ParkingLetters.co.uk. ParkingLetters.co.uk reserves the right to display successful claims as testimonials, minus the client's personal information.

Clients' details will not be made available to third parties.

I, the client, understand that my personal details will only be used in relation to this case and will be held securely by ParkingLetters.co.uk in the event of any repeat business of this nature between ParkingLetters.co.uk and myself. Personal details will be discarded at my request.


5. REFUSAL OR DENIAL OF SERVICE

ParkingLetters.co.uk reserves the right to decline service to current or prospective clients without explanation. If in the unlikely event ParkingLetters.co.uk is in possession of funds for unfulfilled service, the funds will be returned to the client - via their original or preferred payment method - minus any reasonable operation costs incurred by ParkingLetters.co.uk in respect of activity for and on behalf of the client.

 

 6. SERVICE QUALITY & STANDARDS

All documentation is proof-read, edited and/or created to a high and exacting standard. ParkingLetters.co.uk endeavours to ensure that the client's work will be error free. Furthermore, ParkingLetters.co.uk is not responsible for service delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as technical problems, including server issues that are beyond our control. ParkingLetters.co.uk is not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.

 

7. ACCURACY OF CLIENT INFORMATION

The client must provide true and accurate information with respect to their name, address, e-mail address, phone number, the incident and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information can result in a refusal to provide, or a suspension of, service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.

 


 8. FINANCIAL FRAUD OR THEFT

ParkingLetters.co.uk is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit cards or other payment method that may be used to purchase its services.

 

9. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify and hold ParkingLetters.co.uk and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the site or service, or violation of the terms and conditions by the client, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.


10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

In the event of a client violating any or all of the terms and conditions contained in this document, ParkingLetters.co.uk reserves the right to terminate all service and contractual obligations with the client.

Furthermore, ParkingLetters.co.uk may, at its discretion, discontinue or terminate operation of its website, services or trading name without notice at any time and for any reason. Any monies held at this time will be returned via the original or preferred payment method.


11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS DISPLAYED ON THE PARKINGLETTERS.CO.UK WEB SITE

The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified, amended, altered, changed, reorganised, rewritten, or revoked at any time to comply with business requirements.
